I’m in LOVE 😍 with this custom hat!

I placed a custom order for a hat for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. It arrived damaged. I sent photos of the damaged box and hat and asked Monica to replace. She asked me to place a new order. I had no idea she meant that I had to pay for it at full price. When I expressed shock, she offered a discount and for me to pay the full shipping cost and that she would file a claim with USPS. Her shipping policy as of 5/27/2021 makes no mention that damaged product in transit is the responsibility of the buyer. I am so disappointed. A business should pride itself on its clients and customer service. Taking a loss for the greater good infrequently leads to business success and proper business acumen. I do not recommend dealing with this business for the very fact that it failed me from a customer service perspective. No thank you!


Received this absolutely adorable Minnie Mouse party hat today! I tried it on my soon to be 2 year old and she looked so cute! Thank you for the quick turn around and for a beautiful product!
